After a 10year run in restaurants as a server, bartender, manager, and sommelier, I left hospitality for sales, import and distribution. I have extensive experience in training staff from the bottom up, building programs to suit staff of all education levels, and curating beverage menus to compliment pungent flavors. I currently work with and source from one of the most respected natural wine portfolios on the market, Zev Rovine Selections. On the supply chain I work increase access and equity to BIPOC communities. My focus is on agriculture and anthropology, Natural Wine, Italian Wine, Domestic Wine, Georgian Wine, Wines of the Levant, and Caribbean Rum.
